    It gives to the fundamental human rights to people, formulated by the European Council, it has different articles, and each refers to a human rights. This protects the clients from discrimination on the basis of religion, values and culture because it includes the article 9 :Freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This legislation gives the service user the right to freely share their thought and practice their religion without being judged.

    NATION CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD 1989
    The Human Convention has 54 articles that protect the rights of the children and it also give guidance for adults and the government on how to ensure that these rights are promoted. This law help people to promote equality between children and treat them fairly, and this will increase the confidence level in children and they will valued.

    HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 1998
    The human rights act consists of giving fairness, respect, equality, dignity, autonomy to all the people residing in the United Kingdom. It relates to END as the Article 14:Prohibition of discrimination, protects the people from every type of discrimination and they will get a fair treatment. This benefits the service user as they will have the surety of being protected and will be more confident when expressing themselves.
  • EQUALITY ACT 2010

    EQUALITY ACT 2010
    The Equality Act 2010 it is mainly formed to protect people from discrimination in the society. It makes service users feel more safe and confident in a workplace and will be more included in the society. For example if a man with learning disabilities has a job, the Equality Act protects him from any act of discrimination, and feel valued.
