Lifetime Personal Health

  • My 20's

    My 20's
This time is the most crucial, as it sets off what my body will be like until I'm 60 years old. I should have check-ups every year, avoid overexerting myself with work, and balance work with relaxation. I will exercise every morning by going on a run, eat meals with my roommate so as not to spend all of my money on junk food and split the meal, and I should avoid having children to enforce a better financial state of being.

  • My 30's

    My 30's
It's important to maintain a good weight and sleep schedule, as my 30's are going to be filled with work, stress, and countless hours of stress. To balance this, I'll need to get a minimum of around 7-8 hours of sleep, stop eating junk food and start eating more food now that I'll have more money (fruits, vegetables, etc.), stay away from alcohol, and go to the gym every other day. As a side note, I should take care not to injure my back, which is a crucial pain relief for my later years.

    My 40's
It's around this time of my life that I'll have settled down and been married. I should work on getting up at a decent time in the morning (around 8am), keep up those daily walks and trips to the gym, and I need to make sure that I take care of my skin. Daily moisturizer is keen to preventing wrinkles from appearing. I should also see the doctor more often (once every 6 months) to make sure I stay healthy. Maybe I could even have a personal trainer when I work out.

    My 50's
Here's where my life needs to slow down a bit. I'll need to get up at 8:30 AM every morning, eat a healthy breakfast, and make sure to keep up my workout routine. I'll need to eat more greens and start drinking more and more dairy to ensure my bones stay healthy. I'll need to stop drinking things like soda to keep up my metabolism. Overall, I should work on keeping my mind sound by reading more often or taking up a hobby like chess or carpentry.
  • My 60's

    My 60's
Now is the decade in which all of my healthy eating, regular exercise, and regular doctor checkups have paid off. I can focus on going to the doctor every 5 months, sleeping from 10 PM - 8 AM and continuing to go on my walks. I should keep my blood pressure and heart rate low by eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day and focusing on whatever hobby I've chosen to pursue. At this point, I should be careful not to fall over.
