    Since I'll probably have kids already I will be with them and give them healthy food, a lot of fruits and vegetables. I will pick them up at school walking, and I will do Yogawith a personal trianer.

    I'll go to the gym everyday, and I'll eat healthier, a lot of vegetables and protein.

    My kids willbe pretty much teens so i will have more time to myself were I will do more yoga and go to the gym, I will eat less greasy food and be more healthy, everything organic.

    Since I will be kind of old I will just walk around the neighborhood and keep my diet. I'll do monthly doctor checks and eat a lot of vitamins and calcium.

    I will go to the doctor more often and try to do as much physical activity as possible. I will swim every saturday and saty in shpae. eay healthy food and be nice to everyone.
