Healthy eating- I will focus on getting all the nutrients needed especially at this age, like calcium and iron
Healthcare- I will focus on avoiding unwanted accidents, drink responsibly, make safe choices, and don't smoke or do drugs.
Activity- Since this is the period where the body is at its prime, I'll focus on getting as much activity as I can in, to promote health. -

Healthy eating- Start eating less since the metabolism starts to slow down around this age.
Healthcare- Focus on being more cautious with the body, as it starts to age
Activities- Maintain a regular exercise regimen, but don't push too hard since the body is becoming more fragile -

Healthy eating- Same as with 30, focus on eating healthier and watch how much is eaten since the metabolism is slowing down.
Healthcare- Focus on healthcare more, since chronic pain starts around this age, watch out for the body extra and note any changes.
Activity- Focus on exercising regularly to maintain a healthy body, and to reduce risk of injury and pain. -

Healthy eating- maintain a healthy weight, reduce eating and increase nutrition.
Healthcare- Focus on exercise to prevent pains as the body grows older, keep a strong body and mind to prevent future disease.
Activity- Focus on aerobic exercise, as well as getting regular exercise. -

Healthy eating- Limit high fat or sugar, maintain a healthy weight and healthy body.
Healthcare- Learn about warning signs for diseases, maintain a healthy body to reduce risk of the diseases.
Activity- Maintain regular exercise and cardio workouts. Work the brain as well to maintain function and memory.
