After Marino Galvan told the very bad news about the discovery of the conspiracy. Spanish authorities on this date were sent to search Epigmenio Gonzalez’s house in Queretaro. They found things that were about the conspiracy and due to what they found he was arrested.Resistance was seen as they refused to give out the plan ideas and the names of people involde. This was really important since it was a problem they faced toward the independece. -
Mexican Independence day (Consolidation)
On this Day Mexico was marked and able to see as the the day they became Independent. Mexico was able to achive irs freedom form Spain. This was able to be achived with the help of Miguel Hialgo and Costilla. Being able to serve the people consolidation and strength to be able to dertermine a new start heading to San Miguel de Allende. This was a really important date that marked mexico forever. -
The Siege of Guanajuato (Consolidation)
The rebel army captured the granary. Most of the Spaniards and Criollos were exiled. This was a big part of the symptomatic stage since there was lots of murder involved with the hope of being able of achiving independence. This was also a very important and impacting event since It was the first time that took place of a first battle including the the indians against the spaniards. -
Battle of the Monte de las Cruces (Consolidation)
Hidalgo's army was the army who fought in the Battle of Monte de las Cruces, their army were able to win and achieve to come out with a victory. Although they had won this battle, they were not able to defeat the Spanish in Mexico City. This was also part of the symptomatic stage because this was still part of the leading to the crisis stage. -
Regrouping of the spanish forces (Consolidation)
Under the command of Felix Calleja Spanish forces started to regroup and the Spanish royalist troops caught up with the rebels, but Hidalgo’s army still had more people. During a battle they wounded Hidalgo’s arm by an explosion which caused a lot of panic and disorder and many Indians began to flee. -
Execution of Miguel Hidalgo (consolidation)
Miguel being caught with Allende and other leaders in Chihuahua. Miguel Hidalgo was sent directly to trial because he was a priest. However, they founded out that he was guilty by the Holy Office of the Inquisitions for heresy and treason. On this date Miguel Hidalgo was executed and decapitated by the firing squad and his head was put on display that was placed in Guanajuato. This was a very important date since Hidalgo was a very important character that took a big role and big actions. -
The battle of Temalaca (Consolidation)
The Battle of Temalaca was a battle that took cause in this date. This battle was held in Temalaca, Puebla. The battle included thousands of Mexican troops that were primararly lead by Jose Maria Morelos. When the battle ended, Morelos was captured by Spanish and he was soon after executed. This was really important and a big significant event since it showed the low leadership Morelos was able to handeled as leader. Morelos had only the charge of leading one battle and he was captured at end -
Ejercito de las Tres Garantias (Consummation)
The armies that were held under the complete control of Agustin de Iturbide and Guerrero were made as one in union into Iturbide's control that he named the Ejército de las Tres Garantías. This was mayor event with high importance since it was the first time the armies were able to be united to form the Ejército de las Tres Garantía and only really important It was the first time Iturbides plan took action and was able to be successfull. -
Finally independence was able to be achived Consummation)
On this date finally the Army of the Three Guarantees was able to successfully enter Mexico City and leading to the next day Iturbide proclaimed the independence of the Mexican Empire, as New Spain was proximate to be formed and now was to be officially named. After being 11 intense years there was finally able to achieve consummation.
