Buy an apartment temporarily
When I first get out of college, I plan to start off in a type of apartment or town house so that I can save money to buy a house in a few years. When I rent an apartment or town house, I will need rental insurance to cover the rental that I will be living in for the next few years. -
Get married
I plan to get married around one to two years after I get out of college. When I get married, I will get health insurance, which will be on the same plan as my husband. -
Part-time job
After getting out of college, I will start off with a part-time job. This will be temporary until I find a full-time job. When I start working in the part-time job, I will get life insurance. I plan to get life insurance at this time because I will hopefully be in good health at a younger age, which will make the rate lower rather than waiting and getting it at an older age. -
Buy a dog
When I am 24 years old, I plan to buy a puppy. At this point, I will have been out of college for about two years. Once I get the dog, I will apply for pet insurace, which will cover any injuries or illnesses. -
Give birth to a baby
In the year of 2023, I plan to have my first child. After having a baby, our health insurance will change and the rate will increase because we will need insurance for the baby. -
Full-time job
After starting out with a part-time job, I hope to have a full-time job within a short amount of time. Since I already have health insurance from when I started my part-time job, I will not need to get it once I get a full-time job. -
Go on vacation
I plan to take a vacation in the year 2024 because I will have been out of college for around four years and will have a job, Therefore, I hope to save up enough money to go on vacation over the summer for a one week trip to the beach. While I go on the trip, I can traveling insurance, which could cover travel cancellation, trip interuption, trip delay, or lost baggage. -
Buy a house
After living in an apartment for a few years, I plan to buy a house because by this time I will have my first child and will likely have one or two more. Therefore, we will need more space. When I buy a new house, we will need homeowner insurance so that it covers any damage that may happen to the house. -
Buy a new car
I plan to buy a new car after saving up enough money and owning a used car for a period of time. I will need auto insurance for the car, which will include collision and comprehension.The rate will likely increase for a newer car based on what type of features it has.
