    Civiian Conservation Corps
    the Corps sent 250,000 young men to work camps to perform reforestation and conservation tasks. This helped alliveate the surplus of workers from the cities. It also provided heathy living conditions for the boys and provided money for their families.

    By providing crop subsidies to reduce production and educational programs to teach methods of preventing soil erosion, this act proteceted farmers from price drops.
