    Alexis the first and Nataliya Naryshkina have their 14th child Pyotr Alekseyevich also know as the great reformer of Russia, Peter the Great.
  • Peter's father dies and Fyodor the third takes his place.

    Alexis the first dies and ends up giving the thrown to Peter's half brother who was very ill at the time.
  • Peter's characteristics

    Peter was known for being very handsome and quite tall more than 6 and a half to be exact. Peter was also known to drink a lot and having really bad anger issues to the point where people started to call him a cruel man.
  • Ivan and Peter take over together

    Both the Miloslavskys, who were family of Alexis's first wife, and the Naryshkins, family of Alexis's second wife Peter's mother, argued who was to rule and eventually both Ivan and Peter ruled together.
  • Peter takes the thrown without Ivan

    Peter's brother Ivan fell ill and passed away creating Peter to become the full leader of Russia.
  • Peter's intrests

    Peter the Great took interest in machines, seas, and ships. He enjoyed them so much that one of his main goals in life was to oversee a foreign policy that would let him and his nation have entry to the Baltic sea, Black sea, and the Caspian sea.
  • The Great Embassy

    The great embassy was a trip Peter took to Europe to learn about the ways of the people and learn their manufacturing approach. Peter felt that by westernizing Russia that it would make their country stronger his people on the other hand disagreed with him. Peter decided to increase his power so he could force his change onto the people.
  • An arranged marriage

    Peter's Mother Natalya organized Peter to be married to a woman named Eudoxia that he didn't love for long. The whole marriage was more to show that Peter was all grown up now meaning he was liable to rule.
  • The Great Northern War

    Peter the Great wanted to expand his territorial boundaries throughout Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania and this is what caused the war to start.
  • Peter becomes sick

    Peter discovered he had developed a urinary tract infection which is when your urine can't flow good enough and it goes to the Kidney's.
  • Peter passes away

    Peter got uremia which made his kidney's fail and died with an infect bladder most likely from the urinary tract infection. Sadly leaving Russia but being known as one of the Greats.
