I chose John because of this book, Belief in God in an Age of Science. In the book, he explores the creation of the universe, God, and the different views of belief. I find the relationship between the church and the scientific community and the role they both play to be extremely important and having someone versed in both fields is the perfect person to write about the subject. Polkinghorne, John. Belief in God in an Age of Science. 1st ed., Yale University Press, 2003.

This book I found to be a little more, inciteful, that the others. This books really homes in on the understanding of human nature.
