    We will have a coupon that offers buy one get one free coffee. We will distribute the coupons in local magazines and newspapers and also on coupon apps so that we reach out to everyone that is in the community. This will increase the image of the company by reaching out to the members of the community and offering a good deal.

    We will offer a punch card that with every 5 cups of coffee purchased, you get one cup of coffee for free. I chose this coupon plan because I feel that it hits every target market we are aiming for. People are coming into our shop to buy coffee, and this will make them more likely to return. This will increase the image of the restaurant by bringing customers back and showing the customers that we care about their business.

    We will offer a contest where customers buy a ticket for $1.00 to enter a contest to win one cup of coffee every day for one year. This will bring people into the coffee shop and draw attention. This increases the image of the restaurant because people will want to enter this contest and they will think that we are a loyal coffee shop. You have one month to enter the contest (Dec. 1st-December 31st) and the winner will be drawn on January 1st.

    We will have one promotional day where from 6am-12pm, the first 100 people that buy a cup of coffee will receive a Pure Soul travel mug. I chose this because I think it is a good strategy to get people in the door and build a personal relationship with customers. This will increase the image of the restaurant by giving off an impression that we care tremendously about our customers.

    Each week during the month of January, we will have a day where we will be handing out free samples of our featured drink. The drink will change each week. We will have signs throughout the store advertising this so that the customers know which days to come and receive the sample. We will distribute the samples only at the local grocery store and in our coffee shop because we think that it will help bring people through the door, and as for the grocery store, it will get the word out about our
