    Traffic Builder
    The traffic builder that I will use to get customers to come to Pure Soul will be the first 200 customers will get a free breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a medium sized coffee. This traffic builder will get customers coming into our cafe so they get a free breakfast sandwich and once they have the coffee with the breakfast sandwich they will realize that both taste very good and will come in some more to have our food and drinks.

    My coupon will have several deals on it for customers. My first deal will be 30% off any breakfast sandwich. My next deal will be buy 2 medium coffees, get 1 free medium coffee. I will distribute these coupons through direct mailing. I chose direct mailing because it is easy to send a coupon to everyone in Muskego so that they will see Pure Soul and want to come. Using a coupon would increase the image of the restaurants because it will show that we care about the customers by saving them money.

    To get the customers to come into our cafe we will be offering pieces of our breakfast sandwiches as samples to let people try them before they buy one at the register. We will distribute these samples at the front door so they get to try a sandwich and see which sandwich they like before they get to the register and buy something they their taste might not like. This product sample will increase the image of the restaurant because it is showing that we care about tastes of the customers

    For my coupon plan I will offer a punch card to my customers. Customers will get a free coffee on their 8th coffee after 7 purchased coffees. I selected this form of promotion because it gives customers a reward for buy our items so they will keep coming to Pure Soul to keep getting more rewards. Also, the customers have to buy 7 before the free 8th so the customers will have to come in regularly to get to the 8th free coffee.

    My incentive is that every person that gets to their 8th coffee on the punch card in the month puts their coupon card in jar and the first 5 names picked out of the jar at the end of the month get 2 free tickets to a Bucks, Brewers, or Packers game, depending on what season it is. This promotional strategy will increase the image of the restaurant because it shows that we care about the customer’s enjoyment of our coffee and their enjoyment of things outside of our cafe.
