    Treaty that ended French and Indian war. Required France to give up all of the North American colonies. All the land East of the Mississippi River goes to England and All the land West goes to Spain. England Also Gained Florida from Spain.

    Proclamation of 1763
    England forbids Colonization West of the Appalachian Mountains. For fear of Indian attacks or surprise attacks from French settlers still in the area or Spanish attacks. Leaving all of the fertile soil unused.
