    Treaty of Paris
    The Treaty of Paris ended the French and Indian War between Great Britian and France. France gave up all their territories in the North America region and there were no more foreign military threats to Great Britian.

    This Act imposesd a new law that a new tax on all American Colonies required them to pay a tax on every printer paper used. This included ship's papers, legal documents, licenses, newspapers, or other publications.

    Parliment sets a law outline stating that Britsh soldiers were to find room and board in the American colonies. This was determined by location and conditions. Colonies were forced to house British soldiers in Barracks the colonies were already provided with.

    The first congress of the American colonies that consisted of some British colonies in the North America region. This was the first gathering of elected representitives from many different colonies to put together a unified protest against British Taxation.

    TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION- Parliment decided to repeal the stamp act after a series of threats including boycotting britsh goods and attacks on the customhouses and houses of tax collectors.

    Imposed Duties on the American Colonies regaurding glass, lead, paints, paper, and tea imported to the colonies. Many Americans turned this around and started arguing that taxation is a form of abuse of power, and after this, the act was repealed with the exception of tea taxation.

    The Boston Massacre was a "street fight" from an American Mob including snowballs, stones, sticks, and a squad of britsh soldiers. Several of the colonists were killed by this Massacre.

    The American Patriots' name for the series of laws passed by the Parliment regaurding the Boston Tea Party. They were obligated to punish the Massachusetts colonies for dumping tea into the harbor.

    The Lexington and Concord battles were the first military engagments of the American Revolution. Sent out the regiments of british soldiers in Boston. They were being sent to Lexington to capture the Coloniel leaders Sam Adams and John Hancock and then Concord where they would sieze gun powder.
