Julius Caesar was assassinated on the Ides of March, and this was a low point in Rome's history and caused a lot of rioting and drama. He was murdered by the approx. 60 senators. -
Julius Caesar becomes a dictator (49 BCE)
Caesar helps Rome by helping the poorer side of Rome, and making Rome in general richer. This made many of the rich Romans mad. This was a very important time in Roman history, for this is when Rome had it's highest points. -
