    The Decembrist Revolt was when a group of nobels and military men gathered in a group and started peacefully protesting. Then loyal military people opened fire on those men. This leads to the revolution because it showed people the the loyalty was eroding away.

    Unarmed protesters in Russia were protesting peacefully led by father Gregory were opened fire on in St. Petersburg. This was another example of how people's loyalty to the throne was slowly going away.
