    Johannes Gutenburg, a German inventor, creates the first printing press, which allows ideas and beliefs to be spread quickly and efficiently throughout Europe, such as Anti-Absolutism beliefs. Exact date unknown, but it was between 1440-1450.

    The English Bill of Rights was enacted by Parliament after William and Mary agreed to the terms in order to become King and Queen of England. The Bill of Rights fulfilled the requests made in the Petition of Right, which limited the power of the monarchy and gave more rights and power to the citizens.
