    The slaves first came and they were forced to do many things that they didn't like bu had to do.

    They had to keep their eye out for any runaway slaves. The court had to make an act where they were regarding slaves to runaway.

    This was when they were thinking about making states a free state for the slaves but since some people didn't agree on it then they would have to vote. Some states became free and some just stayed the same.

    The states wanted another slave state but the free states would be uset because they wouldn't have an even amount for each one of the states.

    This is when some of the African Americans were tired of the way things were going. So since they were tired of it they decided to change it up and make an underground railroad for the ones who wanted to get out.
