    Making Contact
    During the first month, make contact with key stakeholders to set up a time to meet and discuss strategic plan. Do what is needed to secure a space to meet, and send out invitations.

    During the second month, meet with stakeholders to brainstorm, poll and discuss the following issues in depth: What do we want to offer? How are we going to manage it? What is our ideal student experience/role of the teacher? What kind of calendar do we follow?

    Follow Up Stakeholder Meeting, Develop Focus Area Teams
    During the follow up meeting with stakeholders:
    Review findings
    Finalize the goals of student learning
    Define what successful results will look like and how they will be measured Most importantly, develop teams that will facilitate 4 content areas research: Operations, Technology, Teaching, and Content.

    Teams will use the month of November to meet on their own and develop a plan for research and development of their focus area.
  • Team Initial Research and Development

    Team Initial Research and Development
    Teams will have until the end of December to conduct their initial research, gather data, and develop a plan for their specific focus area.
  • Stakeholder Meeting

    Stakeholder Meeting
    All Focus teams and stakeholders will meet together and share initial findings to inform other groups in the strategic process. They will gather feedback that will contribute to their evolving focus area.
  • Focus Area Team Refinement

    Focus Area Team Refinement
    Teams will continue to meet on their own and share progress with all teams and stakeholder through shared documents and forums created for this strategic planning.

    All stakeholders will meet again to determine a timeline for program roll-out, and define necessary tasks to be carried out as well as parties responsible for implementation of tasks
  • Roll Out Implementation

    Roll Out Implementation
    All those responsible parties will be contacted by May 1, and begin their tasks for implementing the roll-out.
  • Progress Review

    Progress Review
    A year after beginning the strategic planning process, and shortly after program implementation, stakeholder will meet to discuss progress (as measured with previously determined tools) and next steps.
