On September 15, 2007, the domain name for Google was registered. Google has had such a profound impact on the internet and is a large search engine. Google plays a part in almost everybody's life, especially teachers. Teachers can use Google to find resources for their classroom among many other things. -
MP3 Player Invented
In 1997, just a year after I was born, MP3 players were invented. MP3 players changed the way that people listen to music. MP3 files were unique in the way that they were not vulnerable to physical damage unlike CDs or cassette tapes.

Facebook Created
Facebook was created in 2004. Social media was around before Facebook, but Facebook has become the dominant force in the realm of social media. YouTube was created in 2005. YouTube is a place to upload or view videos. YouTube is much like social media, allowing creators to view comments from viewers. iPhone Released
On June 29th, 2007, Apple released the very first iPhone. I remember hearing about the iPhone so much even though I was not old enough to really have one. iPhones are still heavily advertised and even more popular today.
