    football began in the 11th century, in 1280 it was recorded as the first time a ball was kicked, and one of the players died because he had run into an opponents dagger.

    Despite having the FA rules an regulations, disputes involving sheffield clubs who had announced their own ideas in 1857, persisted into the late 70s however, then when the football Association was formed it put an end to all the disputes. so then the offside rule was formed.

    these were invented by a referee called Ken Aston. " he said when he was driving he seen the light turn red, i thought " yellow calm down and red stop. he thought that the cards would give the players who speak different languages a clear understanding what the referee was trying to tell them.

    the hillsborough disaster occured in sheffield , England before the FA cup semi-final between liverpool and nottingham forest. resulting in the lose 96 fans lives.
