When He Was Born
On August 25, 1930, Sean Connery was born. His name is Thomas Sean Connery, which he was named Thomas after his grandfather. He was born in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, Scotland. He was called Sean way before he was even famous. -
What He Did When He Was Younger
Connery's first job was as a milkman in Edinburgh with St. Cuthbert's Co-operative Society. He then joined the Royal Navy after that. During the Navy, he had gotten two tattoos. One was about his mother and father, and the other was something like "Scotland Forever." -
His Carrer
Looking to pick up some extra money, Connery helped out backstage at the King's Theatre in late 1951. He became interested in the proceedings, and then a career was launched. In 1956, Connery appeared in the theatrical production of Epitaph, and played a minor role as a hoodlum in the "Ladies of the Manor" episode of the Dixon of Dock Green. In 1959, Connery landed a leading role in Robert Stevenson's Walt Disney Productions film "Darby O'Gill and the Little People." -

In 1967, Sean Connery appeared in yet another James Bond movie. The title of this one was ..You Only Live Twice. This movie was based on an American spacecraft being hijacked from orbit by an unidentified spacecraft. It was a very successful movie. -

In 1971, four years after the movie ..You Only Live Twice was released, Sean Connery starred in another movie. The title of this one was Diamonds Are Forever. This movie was bound to come out, and it finally came out. This wouldn't be the last James Bond he played in. -

The last James Bond movie Sean Connery starred in was Never Say Never Again. It was the last good James Bond movie. It took 12 years to release, but it did. That wasn't the end of Connery's career. -
After Bond Pt. 1
Later after Bond, he played many other roles. He was offered to be in Lord of The Rings. He had declined because he didn't understand the script. He also played in the film Finding Forrester in 2000. -
After Bond Pt. 2
In 2003, Connery starred in the film The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. This movie was a pretty good success. It had positive reviews. Even though he had done the movie, he didn't understand the role. -
Retiring
In 2011, Sean Connery retired from making public appearances. THis must have upset so many communities all over. In 2004, he had taken a break from acting to write his biography. He had came back, but then later 2011 retired.
