  • LB Kravitz is turned away by Billy Joe at the compound gate

    LB Kravits goes to the gate to ask if he can pick mushrooms and salal on the Jones' property. He is met by an armed Billy Joe and is turned away

  • LB Kravitz starts sneaking onto the property to pick mushrooms

    LB gives the guard dogs meat until they become friendly with him then he starts sneaking over the fence at night to pick mushrooms with night vision goggles.

    Everly learns that Sage hasn't filed taxes for 3 years and gets upset with Sage saying the IRS wil take everything they have. Sage laughed at him. She also said she didn't want the kids.

    Sage told the FBI that Hut confessed to planning the MLK Day bomb. Billy Joe built the device, Bobby Joe went out and set it. They were trying to get a jump start on the New World Order.

    Waverly believes Sage rigged the car lift to drop the car via a remote device and killed Everly.

  • DSHS stpps in and takes Sage's kids, soon they are placed with Waverly

    With no fit parent, DSHS places the children in foster car. Their uncle Waverly complies with the processes and the kids are placed with him. He asked for no support payments from Sage.

  • TJ goes on trial for violating the Stolen Valor Act and was convicted

    The judge convicted TJ. He got credit for time served and 6 mos probation.He was also ordered not to go near Hut and his brothers.

    The guardian ad litem found a trust put together by Everly and his mother for the children. Under his direction it had grown substantially. Sage would be in line to act as trustee. To get her hands on the money she petitioned the court for custody from Waverly.

    TJ visits a few times over the summer. Saw Sage during one visit on the day they were unloading fertilizer bags. When TJ asked if the were going to do a "McVeigh" Sage asked if he wanted in on it. TJ declined.

    Stone gave a sealed statement to the judge and Sage was awarded temporary custody. The trust has been turned over to the court while the court reviews the case.

    Stone comes up with the idea for frozen raspberries to hide the scent of the fertilizer and fuel from the bomb sniffing dogs on the ferry.

  • Sage buys a 55 gallon drum of raspberries and delivers them to Hut's property

    Sage buys the raspberries from a farmer then brings them to the Jones compound where they put some fertilizer and fuel in a the container and put them inside a deep freezer on the property.

  • Sage asks Hut if she can put more drums in the deep freezer

    Hut agrees to allow Sage to put in 3 55 gallon drums in the deep freezer

  • Sage drives the drum to the ferry terminal as a "dry run"

    Sage drives the drump and Billy Joe follows in his own truck to watch from a nearby coffee shop s Sage drove on the ferry, crossed then came back

  • Sage conducts a test explosion on the Jones property

  • LB Kravitz witnesses the test explosion on the Jones property

    LB snuck onto the property and saw Sage and Billy Joe along with Bobby Joe near the 55 gallon drum then witnessed the test explosion. Later that day, county sheriffs go to LB's place and ask him about teh explosion.

    The "Olympia" a ferry owned and opperated by WA state, the ferry sails at 6:45pm near its maximum capacity (of 2500 people and 202 vehicles) with1989 people on board (876 males, 713 females, 400 kids) and 184 vehicles (several overlength or with trailers, 16 of the vehicles were registered to the US Navy) with the fully opperational truck bomb on board.

  • LB Kravitz talks with the feds and agrees to tell them what he knows

  • Hut agrees to go along to watch Sage's plan. Hut wears a disguise and rides with Billy Joe

  • TJ sees the news about the Labor Day bomb and immediately thinks it is Sage

    TJ is also worried that Sage had been trying to drag his siblings into her scheme.

  • Hutaree Jones arrested for attempted Labor Day ferry bombing

    Hut is picked up at the coffee shop near the ferry landing just after the truck drove on to the ferry Olympia

    Compound heavily fortified, each building rigged with IED's which had to be disarmed by a robot. Found fishing weights, rat poison, weapons, documents, books, magazines and papers.

  • LB Kravitz see Billy Joe and Hut leave, Bobby Joe burying things in the ground then later the feds raid the Jones' property

    Using the software he created he looked at several aspects of the letters and determined they were not written by Hut Jones.

    After reviewing all aspects of the letters, Dr Petrie determined they were written by Hut Jones
