    Theodore Roosevelt was born and raised from wealthy family members during 1858 New York City. He was asthmatic in childhood. He was skilled in marksmanship and equestrian in adolescence. He became a boxer and wrestler when attending Harvard College. He volunteered as a Rough Rider to become a national hero at the Battle of San Juan, Cuba.

The Bull-Moose Party payed attention to have direct senator elections, women's suffrage, tariff reductions, and social reforms. William Schrenk, anarchist, shot Roosevelt and was injured, unconscious and hospitalized. Woodrow Wilson, Democrat, would defeat the election against Roosevelt in November 1912.
