Timeline for health

    This is the first day of the Health Timeline. My family and I will start by trying to exercise 30 minutes a day, cooking more meals at home, and making sure we clean up and keep the house clean to help prevent anyone from getting sick
  • Me in my 20's

    Me in my 20's
    I will be around 26 years old, and be living on my own. I will try to continue to have daily physical activity, continue to cook healthy food at home, and I will be sure that I am always up to date on my shots for health reasons.
  • Me in my 30's

    Me in my 30's
    Right now i live with my girlfriend in a house, and will try to make sure we both live healthy lifestyles. I will continue to cook healthy meals from home, get exercise every day, and make sure my girlfriend and I are up to date on our shots.
  • Me in my 40s

    Me in my 40s
    This is me in my 40's. I am now caring for my wife and family. I am making sure that we all eat healthy and try to do some sort of physical activity. I make sure to take vitamins to keep health problems at bay, and succeed.
  • Me in my 50's

    Me in my 50's
    I am in my 50's, sill with my family, and leading a good life. I still am sure to exercise everyday, and eat healthily. I try everything i can to avoid any heart problems or diabetes.
  • Me in my 60's

    Im in my 60's and finally alone at home again with my wife. We try to live a healthy lifestyle together and go jogging almost everyday. We havent had any health ailments, and continue to eat at home as often as we can and stay away from junk food
