Timeline of Me

By kaybolt
  • Birthday

I obliviously wouldn't be the person I am today without being born. I was born on a chilly winter day in Bucks County Hospital and little did I know one of my best friends was also born that day in the same hospital which I found out much later.
  • Boltersdorf Wedding

I was actually born when my parents got married so I was at the wedding! I obliviously do not remember a single thing but this was still an important part of my life. I am so grateful for my parents and they push me to do even better then I think I can and they give me my best qualities. Even though most kids say this but I am convinced I have the best parents. Even though my parents fight a little more then most they still work it through and I am so grateful to have them both in my life.
  • Sister was born

The day my sister was born I was almost 2, I probably didn't really know what was going on other then that I was getting a baby sister. I know for a fact my life would be completely different if she wasn't born, but i'm glad she was because then I would never have a guaranteed best friend for life.
  • Elizabeth Christner

Liz Christner, my best friend since Kindergarten even though she almost cut my finger off. 13 years of friendship with someone, you can't really imagine your life without them. She has brought out some of my best features and helped me step out of my shell. She has definitely helped me become to person I am today.
  • Ciara Pretcher

2007 was a year for me. I feel like I remember it a lot even though it was 3rd grade. I always knew this girl Ciara but we weren't that close but when 3rd grade started so did our friendship. Ciara has been my through it all with me and we literally NEVER fight, I swear. Even when she changed schools in the beginning of 11th grade we stayed close and if anything got closer! Glad to have a friend like her in my life.
  • Field Hockey

As I sat in the gym of Armstrong Middle School waiting to go to a meeting about field hockey, little did I know my life was pretty much going to change. I never played sports before that and I was debating on field hockey or volleyball. Gladly I choose field hockey and wouldn't change my decision to this day. During the six years I've played it has pulled me out of being so shy and has brought great people into my life I probably couldn't live without today.
  • Autumn Hill

I know I have mentioned multiple people who are my best friends but they are the important parts I remember in my life! I couldn't be more grateful for Autumn, we don't talk as much as we did in 9th grade but we still pick back up whenever and it's like she never left.
  • Demiryah Dennis

Eighth grade year was a great year for me. I may have not known it but I was about to make my best friend to this day. Demiryah Dennis joined the field hockey team and was also friends with my other best friend Liz. I have a handful of best friends but Demi was different. Demi and I shared the same birthday and basically are the same person. Her entering my life has impacted me positively and I couldn't be more grateful for her.
  • Highschool

Highschool was totally different from middle school. There was way more people, different grading, different scheduling and more! High school opened me up as a person. I used to keep to myself and be extremely shy. I still am pretty shy but definitely not as shy. It has probably been one of the best things that has happened to me because I like myself more when I feel comfortable being who I really am. I'm glad high school opened me up because being shy was boring.
  • Temple Acceptance

I never really knew what I wanted to do in college or where to go. Junior year West Chester caught my eye and I was totally set on going there. When I visited campus I didn't get that "this is where I belong" feeling. I also applied to other colleges and Temple being one. I totally feel in love with the campus and the whole idea of going to Temple. They have an outstanding business program and that's my major. Getting accepted effects my life because i'm going to be spending four years here.
  • 2 Weeks Away from Graduation...

High school has been an amazing experience to me, it has brought great people into my life but has also took some out. I'm glad the way my high school years have been experienced though. I am grateful for all the people I have met, the great teachers I have had and the overall experience from Truman. Time is ticking down and it's starting to hit me that I'm going to have to face reality soon... by myself. It's just a crazy thought because I feel like my 6th grade graduation was yesterday.
