    In 2002 the CDC and FDA did a new study of tobacco products and smoking. They have stated that the use of tobacco and smoking is more harmful to human health than ever thought before with all the chemicals and harmful vapors produced by smoking.

    Chewing tobacco is almost equivalent in hazards to smoking except they are different in the region of your body it effects. Since you put it in your mouth (between the lip and gums/teeth) the area that it affects is your mouth the most. It can cause your teeth to rot and your gums to rot as well, leaving them vulnerable to diseases and cancers more and more as you "chew tobacco"

    When he first started using smokeless tobacco he was 13 years old. He did not like the smell or taste but said gum and sunflower seeds got old and he did not want to start smoking. As he goes through the interview, he tells his story in a timely manner and as each year he gets older he tries to quit but the urges get harder and harder to fight he explains. As time went on he lost 3 teeth and he was finally fed up with his nasty addiction and quit
