After The Prince was published it inspired other writers and believers in religion to speak their opinions. This change was brought into a huge factor of many people's lives: religion.

These ideas were quickly spread and often led to new ideas being formed or altering due to a new point or issue arising.

    After the Renaissance tumbled through the regions, people started to view daily aspects more closely. They searched for new ways to install ideas and make changes. One way they sought out to do this was through the alteration of their religion. With some of the people and the Church disagreeing, new religious groups were formed that supported a wide spread of beliefs. These groups then voiced their opinions and differences and tried to convince others to convert to their religion.

    Henry VIII was the first monarch to introduce a new state religion to the English. When the Renaissance had affected the education and idea aspect, it transitioned into religion. With England now Protestant this helped transition others into the idea of Reformation: the separation between the people and the Church. The protestant religion was another outcome of the new religions being created to support the numerous ideas held by the people.

    The Renaissance paved the way for new development in many different aspects of life. One of these being religion which led to the start of the Reformation or the separation of the people and the Church. During this separation, the people created numerous groups and provided documents with their opinions. One of these documents is called the Institutes of the Christian Religion. The book decisively shaped Calvinism as a major religious and intellectual force throughout the world.

    As new religious groups were formed, a result Renaissance, the Church realized an issue; the Reformation took way and the people slowly separated themselves from the Chuch and made their own religious groups. To stop this fallout, the Council of Trent was the formal Roman Catholic reply to the doctrinal challenges of the Reformation. It served to define Catholic doctrine and made sweeping decrees on self-reform, helping to revitalize the Catholic Church in the face of religious expansion.

    The Reformation was an extension of the Renaissance, as the ideas transitioned to focus solely on religion. People began noticing the Chuch committing "wrong" actions and started to separate themselves from the Church. They then went and created separate religious groups that focused on what they believed was "right." These groups then spread their ideas so a huge amount of people would want to convert. Protestant religion is one of the game-changing religious groups.

    The Renaissance was a huge contributor that ultimately led to the Reformation: separation of the people and church due to new ideas and opinions. This separation allowed the people to create their own religious groups that supported their beliefs or what was "right." One of the numerous establishments was Unitarianism: a Christin theological movement named for its belief that the God in Christianity is one entity, as opposed to the Trinty.
