During the time of WWII, many women were provided training and education to take on the values of the workforce throughout the United States. The Springfield Armory Training Program provided hands on training towards many factors of physical to office work. Trades were provided also. -
The Naval Cadet Aviation Program
Admiral James L. Holloway Jr. created a plan to have newly educated and training avaitors take flight towards nautics, flight, aero space, and private comtrols. This training was top secret and created a mass of pilots. The success of internal control was flawless, however students were paid a salary once trainied. -
Begining of Gay Rights Movement/ Training and Development
On this date, gay activist were conducting a meeting and training towards the development of rights and services of gay individuals. They wanted the same opportunity of everyone else to work, relax, and enjoy life. On this date, training development seminars were conducted inside of a local bar, into police raided and arrested traininers. -
YMCA TEEN TRAINING LAUNCHED
The Souh Mountain YMCA created training and educational jobs for Teens to train at the facility. This gave great opportunity and guidance towards the job market for future teens. It also established current values and external knowledge. -
SALES READINESS PROGRAM / GROUP
A new methodolgy sales pitch was established for the american people to become master sales reps. This process exploded and provided training and develpment to everyone that went to local and established governemment job seeking pilots, however the program was present to the business workforce. To this date the same principles of this program is used. -
AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT
This act not only prohibits the act of discrimination towards individuals with disabilities, but created a vast of training and programs towards the basic and difficult places to work. This act prepared training for the individual who has a disability to work any enviroment. -
REAL ESTATE TRAINING
During this decade, there was a boom in the real estate market from short sales to newly developed property. Many schools and business firms developed training for new entry level brokers and agents to get their lisc. and provided service towards the sale of parcels and land. As a result, the american economy increased. -
APPLE IPAD TRAINING PROGRAM
Apple launches their new tablet, the Apple IPAD. Training and programs towards their new device was established created at every store througout the world. It was also delpoyed to all schools and educational foundations.
