  • Great Awakening

    -Early 1700's church leaders feared that many colonists decication to their religiou was decling and that the religious commitment of previous generatio has been lost

    -French and British began making plans for another war
    -In1754, 7 coolonies sent delgates to allbens
    -They rejusted the allbany plans, the colonial government didn't
    want to give up their indiuvidual athority

    -Pohtiacs rebellion cause great conceren in the brittish government

    -A lone brittish solider standing gaurd starting agauing with a colonists and acttacked him.
    -The solides fired into a crowed, instantly killing 3 men.
    -Samuel Adams and other protesters quickly spreaded the story of the shoting.

    -On the events of april 1775, Revere and Williams Dawers received word that the brittish were crossing the charles river and marched toward the concord. The two men hopped on their horses and road through the country side warning the miniteman that the british were comeing.
