    Colonists dressed up as Indians; they dumped 18,000 pounds of tea into the Boston Harbor because of issues with taxes.

    Intolerable Acts by King George
    This law resulted from "The Boston Tea Party"; Britain's property had been destroyed and King George wanted to do something about it. One of the laws prohibited colonists from getting near the Boston Harbor because they didn't want to pay for the destruction that they caused. The other law, The Quartering Act, made colonists keep British soldiers in their homes.
