    Trojan War Part 2

    Trojan War Part 2
Odysseus lost a lot of men during this battle, but was able to think critically and come up with a plan to defeat the Trojans. He learned how to be a leader. The win over the Trojans helped Odysseus gain confidence. I infer his reputation was feared by others. Finally, he earned the trust of his crew with the master plan he created.

    Lotus Eaters Part 2

    Lotus Eaters Part 2
Odysseus as a leader did a good job of being alert and reactive. He was able to recognize that his men were mentally altered. Being the unselfish leader he was he took his men on the ship and made sure they were heading home.Odysseus should have learn to be more cautious and proactive.

    Cyclopes Part 2

    Cyclopes Part 2
Odysseus was able to gain respect for the culture and differences of the Cyclopes and giants, which were not as modern as the other gods and humans. Odysseus can utilize some of Cyclopes's agricultural techniques or enhance their strategies by incorporating some of his skills. Odysseus may have learned from their mistake of not tending the plants which could benefit him. I infer that having input from other sources will make Odysseus a more valuable and knowledgeable leader.

Part 2 Aeolus and the Bag of Wind

Part 2 Aeolus and the Bag of Wind
From this story Odysseus learned how to use his resources. He used Aeolus to help him and his men return on their journey home. Odysseus lost the trust of his men because they didn't believe that it was just a bag of wind, but a fortune of silver and gold. This wasn't good because now their journey home would be longer. He also could have done a better job explaining why they should not open the bag, including the consequences that came along with opening the bag of wind.

    Circe Part 2
Odysseus showed how loyal he is to his crew. He also showed bravery going back to save his men. He did something he really didn't want to do to save his men which is brave and loyal. Odysseus showed perseverance too because he could have easily left his men and said " Oh Well" and not save his me, but he did what a leader would do. Odysseus showed what a great leader is because he let his men go free and they got in trouble so he had to go behind them and basically fix their mistakes.

    Scylla & Charybdis
Odysseus was being a good leader helping his men cope with their fear of these monsters. Although Odysseus didn’t tell his men they were going to die he protected him by not telling them. This is what leaders do show loyalty and help their people when scared, in danger, and etc that’s what Odysseus did throughout this story

    Helios part 2

    Helios part 2
Odysseus could have learned to be a better leader throughout the story. He should know his man well enough to know that they don’t have any integrity. Odysseus could have handled the situation better as a leader he didn’t have to yell he could have calmly talk to him even though he was frustrated. As a leader you should know the people that fall lien and know when and how to control your anger threw tough situations.
