    This battle was a great victory for the U.S. but not for the Native Americans. It was the battle that put the Native Americans in a bad place.
  • President Madison's deal

    A deal offering France and Great Britain a deal to cease attacks on American ships. The U.S. would then stop trading with the enemy.
  • Oliver Hazard Perry defeated the British Naval Force.

    Perry defeated the British Naval forces. Perry told General Harrison " We have mat the enemy and they are ours".
  • The battle of Thames River

    The battle of Thames River was where Tecumseh died. The British were cut off by General Harrison and the British lost.
  • British forces defeat Napoleon

    After Britain defeated Napoleon Britain sent more forces into America.
  • British attack Washington D.C.

    British attack Washington D.C. and burn the Capitol and White House. A storm put out the fires.
  • British attacks Baltimore

    The British did not hold Washington D.C. and marched to Baltimore. This is where Francis Scott Key got the idea for our National Anthem.
  • Battle of New Orleans

    Before the Treaty of Ghent reached the U.S. this one final battle happened. The U.S. won and Andrew Jackson then became a hero
