Werner Heisenberg (born December 5, 1901 - died February 1, 1976)

  • Biggest contribution to quantum mechanics in terms of matrices

Heisenberg published work stating that as we observe a test being preformed that we impact the outcome. He also stated that humans are co-creator of there own reality.
  • Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle

    Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle
Heisenberg helped create one of the basic laws for quantum mechanics. he stated that either we can know with great certainty either the location of a single particle or the velocity but not both. Jha, Alok. “What Is Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle?” The Guardian, Guardian News and Media, 10 Nov. 2013, www.theguardian.com/science/2013/nov/10/what-is-heisenbergs-uncertainty-principle.
  • Uranium project

During WW2 Heisenberg was drafted by the Nazi to work on nuclear fission.
  • Mainau Declaration

Heisenberg signed the Mainau Declaration with many other scientists to help stop evil spread threw out the world. this would help to only used the information they had learned about atoms for non military use. [link text](www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SeddiqLGzk)
