    During the 1889 the bustle began to fade, which was joined by its wearers! By 1891 just a tiny pad was now formed. The gathers at the back of the skirt remained until the 1900. With the decline of the bustle, sleeves began to grow and the 1830s hourglass revival was now very mucher , Sleeves ballooned before or indeed since 1895-96.

    As the womans fashion departmeant became more famous they brought back in the bustle in 1883, but with a few changes. It was now worn at your lower body with a nerrow width. Dresses worn over this new frame were beng worn with heavier fabrics such as velvet, satin and wool. During that time Colors were darker with bottle green, deep wine, navy blue and black coming to the fore. cotton and linen were used for summer. Drapery was considerate really heavy and expensive.

    In the beginning of 1870s the shoulder pads were in stile because of the big shoulder . This reached to the hips in all its molded, whale-boned glory. A part of a woman's body that is above the wast had high necklines and fitted sleeves with pleated or ruffled cuffs at the wrists. The famous look for going out was a three quarter length sleeve followed along with a squared neck less.

    In the start of the year 1860 there was 30 years before skirts were worn . The round hoop of 1860 had changed into an oval hoop by 1864. As the skirt became more famous , the back emphasis saw the creation of the first bustle, which had became a thing in 1868. The big, soft, high and very draped bustle skirt had been worn for 8 years and became popular then.

    during the 1855s, there was a beautiful cage dress named crinoline that had a hoop and swayed on to the scene and skirts stretched to their maximum size. Women were amazed to wear the cage as it provided relief from the weight from the petticoats and the plethora of undergarments that needed to be washed. The hoop was worn almost everyday and could be seen on ladies, maids, the middle class and shop girls.
