    EX 1: Black legend was when Natives were forced to slavery and treated with cruelty. Native women were raped and couldn't do nothing about it.

    EX 2: population growth this was happening because of the innovations and changes within the societies women were house wives and didn't have any rights like voting and other things in society.

    EX 3: Southern Native Americans were nomadic hunters, fishers, and farmers. They made clothes out of deer skin, rabbit fur and porcupine quills. Their houses were caddo beehive thatched grass houses. Women usually didn't hunt for fish, they were the ones that made the clothes because women didn't really have the capacity to hunt or fish. The women stayed home taking care of the children and or making clothes or other work around.
