    Web The british blockade was set up on August 4th by Admiral de Chair. He set it up so enemy ships would not get in or out of the area. If ships could not get in, that meant that people could not trade to get more supplies. Without supplies you would grow weaker.

We blamed Germany because we identified that it was the German submarine, the U 20.

Within days of eachother, Turkey and Austria-Hungary gave up because they were to exhausted and could no longer go into battle.
