    April 1915 is when the Germans first started using poison gas. The gas that they used would cause them to vomit, go blind, and suffocation. In no time the other sides started using gas on them.

    When at sea the planes would often land one the ship. Modle AB-2 airplanes would be catapulted off of the deck of the USS north carilona. The first time this happened was on a US ship.

    A lot of times during the war the horses would carry Wester Frount shells. Camels would often times gather around a water station to drink water. They were also joined but other animals.

    The men were forced to carry gas masks when fighting in the trenches. They had to do this because the men on both sides started throughing gas into the other sides trenches. they had to wear the masks to stay alive.

    American troops would use a newly developed acoustic locator mounted on a wheeled platform. The large horns amplified distant sounds. The sound was monitored through headphones worn by crew members. That was later replaced by a radar in 1940.

    Germany Stated using gas on the western front of the U.S. Next Germany the started to go to Paris less then 40 miles. Then America Helped by attacking Germany.
