Mona Lisa was painted sometimes between 1503 and 1519.Leonardo Da Vinci was living in florence but then started to hang out in Louvre.The painting was in addition to the oak;awn frame in 1970. -
1st voyage of columbus
On August 3rd 1492, Columbus set sail form Spain to find the all-water route to Asia. When he arrive back form Asia he immediately wrote a letter announcing his discoveries to King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella. Comumbus letter also provides observations of the people culture and the lack of weapons. -
Martin Luther posts 95 theses
In 1517 Martin Luther goes to the door of the the castle church in Wittenberg, Germany and put a paper on it containing the 95 revolutionary. In his theses Martin luther condemned the excesses and corruption of the Roman catholic church. At the time , a Domincan priest name Johann Tetzel, commissioned by the Archbishop of mainz and pope Leo X.
