This military strategy was so effective because the Nazi's overwhelmed their enemy with nonstop, relentless bombing and troop movement. Because of the nonstop movement and invasions, the enemies were not able to sleep, eat, or rest without getting killed. Because of that, that killed off lots of soldiers

Later on June 22 the Second Armistice of Complegne was signed France and Germany which resulted in a division of France, where Germany would control the north and west, Italy would also control a small portion of the south-east.

But instead Winston Churchill rallied his people to negotiate against Hitler. The British had a lot more though, they had an effective air defense system, first-rate fighter pilots, and a great military leader in Air Marshal Hugh Dowding. On the other hand, the Germans had no navy due to the cost of Norway.
