Metacognition
Metacognition was the very first thing we learned during this long year. When we were told to write down the meaning th first thing that came to mind was "oh god back in school and i dont want to be here im so tired"! -
FOOTBALL
The very first football game of the year! Felt as if the my life was just now beginning getting to know some older people going crazy in the stands! -
Parts of Speach
Learing verbs, nouns and adjectives was some what difficult at times getting confused at first on which was which thinking id never get out of this without failing i went home and my parents made me study this stuff over and over! And when we took a test over it i felt confiedent and i actually did good which made me happy with myself -
IMPULSE
I began reading this for one of my very first book this year. It was one of the best books and it made me think about how god my life is compared to some people and dont take it for granite because if it slips you wont get it back. -
My world
This was one of the funnest projects we did and it taught others how i wanted my world to be like! at first i thought wow this is gonna be very boring but when we got started with this i didnt want to stop this project! it was fun ot me and i enjoyed it alot -
BRO
Going down to San Antonio to see my brother for the very first time for 2 months which felt like forever!! Driving for 10 or more hours jus to reach Dallas was to much for me to just sit i was moving all the time Anixous for the car to stop at the Air Force base to see my brother Reaching the base waiting out side the store he told us to we waited. And no one realizing he was walking up the ramp beside us it almost brought a string of tears from just seeing him for the first time. i was happy! -
BACK
coming back home from seeing my brother was hard. i wish we had mor e time together than just 5 days it was really hard to leave. you can see in his eyes that he didnt want us to leave because he knew hed have to do more on his than he has ever have. leaving was the hardest part to do to me because i was so excited to see him and then i felt so sad leaving -
Jump Ball
This was the first basketbal game of the year and i was so nervous. I didnt want to mess up expecially since i was a frosh on JV. It felt good after i made my first points then my nerves went away. I was so happy that we won the very first one! -
Lesson
This was a lesson to me because this was about kids that were being abbused about the wars and mobs that were near the home they lived in. they put them self through pain and died cause other hurt them physically or emotionally. This made me feel so sad because they never really had a life to joy and it made me not take my life and what i have in it for granite -
One year!!!!!!!!
wow i didnt realize how time flew because on this day my niece turned 1 and i was so excited for her that day was a good day for her becaus i feed her cake and she loved it and she threw it iin her dads face(my brother) and it was funny i had so much fin that day! -
Tone
Tone was one of the easiest things we learned all year becuae it really is what the authors attitude is towards the subject. so i knew in my head that this was gonna be easy to me and it was breeze when we got started on it -
Irony
Irony was a very hard learing moment for me because at the time i was not really in the mood to pay attention so i really didnt know what was going on until i was told by my friend luc how to do this and what each one was.....i was very scared because we had a benchmark with this on it and i couldnt get until luc told me -
Baseball
Getting started with baseball running and working fundementals to make us better before try-outs and season starts. This was a very exciting moment for me because i waited for this all year and i was so ready to just be out there on the field and play because the game is my life! -
FIRST
This was the very first game of the year for our frosh team and i was called on to pitch so they wanted me to do my thing. This was one of my best proformances coming with 10 strike outs in 5 innings..also a complete game!!! At the time i was nervous but after i threw my first pitch i settled and did my thing with a smile throughout the whole game! -
WEird but good!
its amazin how high school brings so much things together. what i mean by this is that i had no intentions to be in a relationship with anyone this year and i ended up being in one with a senior name Clarissa Peterson, it was a good feeling for me and her because we went against all odds to prove age isnt nothing -
SHOT
my very first homerun in high school came on this date and it was over 310+ feet in cameron! Going up to bat i wasnt thinking of it i was thinking left center gap shot to get a few rbis but instead i got my pitch and i swung with all i had and i knew the ball was gone off the bat and all i could do fist pump around the base path with my hair on my neck standing up i was so excited! -
STARTING
my very first JV game i get pulled up to play in i started at short stop as we set off to play against CHILLI knowing that the coach expected big things out of me that night i was very very nervous. My first at bat with 2 men in scoring position my heart was racing and i was so anxious to get that hit.........off the bat into right center field i got a double and scored 2!!!my jitters were gone after that i felt good bout my self! -
WORK
This was one of my best writings i have made this frosh year and i was proud of that because i did it with so little of time not being able to do much out of school with baseball every day made me buckle down to finish this one project. When i finally finished it, it was a sigh of relief to me because i know that i did a good job on it and i liked what i did by making time for chit chat else where instead of class -
MOnth
this is a month that me and her have been dating and i know there are many more to come because we have came so close in the month and she isnt wanting anything to change and neither do i because we are liking were we are going! it made me happy beucause i knew that it woulld last!! -
THIS
this is the timeline im doing at this moment and i thought it would be very funny to do because that is also something i have done this year. this is kinda making me sad because it is making me see how time has flew by this year and it was filled with very good memories
