    During this earthquake over 3,000 people died. It destroyed the majority of San Francisco, over 80%.
  • Roosevelt Panic

    During the Roosevelt Panic, stock in NYC dropped 50%, making many banks declare bankruptcy. Money was pulled out of banks to save their personal savings, but this just made the economy even more worst.

    The Titanic, supposedly an unstoppable ship, sunk due to an iceberg hitting it, killing many because not enough lifeboats were on board.
