    Russia Fails to Capture Tsushima Island
    Russia was still in the process of expanding territory. The country hoped to spread out into the sea of Japan, and stumbled upon the island of Tsushima. However, they arrived to find Japanese ships alongside a British ship. Acting impatiently, the Russia ship laid anchor and clashed with the other battle ships. The Japanese were able to overcome the battle and limit the casualties. Russia, seeing the British ally with the Japanese, decided to retreat from the endeavor seeing it as a lost cause.

    End of the Colombian Civil War
    Similar to the American Civil war, Colombians of the Granada Confederation were having troubles with the state of government they possessed. The belief that the President supported a centralist ideal rather than an equalistic one, in which states are run under one central state instead of having their own, individual powers. Skirmishes broke uot, but never escalated to all-out war. The rebellion was quelled quickly after the next election of a new president.

    Majorly caused by a friction between states concerning the next Danish heir to the throne, the Second Schleswig War was fought between Prussia/Austria against Denmark. Schelswig was brought into the Danish kingdom, violating the London Protocol. These two problems coexisted and caused an outbreak of war.
