  • French and Indian War

    French and Indian War
    A war that kicks France out of North America and the British get there territory and a war starts between them all that creates the Treaty of Paris.
  • Sugar Act

    This act put a tax on sugar and molasses. These were used to make things that the people of the colonies wanted and needed. When this happened nobody liked this but the british because they were getting the tax money.
  • Stamp Act

    Stamp Act
    First internal tax on the colonies by the British.The british gave a tax on paper because of the debt they had from Seven Years War.
  • Boston Massacre

    Boston Massacre
    The Boston massacre was an incident on King street. A crowd of angry colonists started up a fight between the soldiers. The soldiers were getting hurt and attacked by the colonists. The British fired at the colonists with fear for their safety. This left a few people dead.

    This is an act that made it so Britain's tea company would get more money. This gave the colonies mor tax on tea and led to the Boston Tea party.

    The Boston port and made the colonists there pay for the tea that was dumped in the Boston Tea Party. This was something that changed a lot of things. The port was closed so they couldn't get the goods they needed.
