Started elementary school
Elementary school is the first time besides preschool, where you get together with several kids your age. It is an exciting time for the young kids, because they are so full of energy every day. Not to mention, most of the time, class was talkative the whole time, and nothing was challenging to learn until high school. -
Rescued a puppy from sure death
Me any my mother were cruising down the street one afternoon, and she saw what she thought was a rabbit. We pulled over, because she said it was also brown, and we found a baby Chihuahua. It was dehydrated and nearly dead, but we took it to the pet store and they gave it water and a bath. We took it home, and now it is a healthy 5 year old dog. -
8th Grade Played basketball
Playing basketball was always a time that I enjoyed. Whenever I was bored, I wold get my friends and we would go play basketball for hours until it was too dark. I couldn't imagine how many hours I've spent on the court at the local middle school. -
Winning wrestling tournament
Winning the wrestling tournament is one of my top accomplishments. I'm proud to have a gold medal that I worked so hard to obtain. Wrestling practice for me, was more challenging than football practice. In football the worst thing was conditioning, but in wrestling the condition lasts much longer. -
8th grade summer Football
I knew football practice would be difficult, but I did not expect it to be as hard as it was. I could recall the worst moments, I would wake up at 6:00 a.m. and when the team was ready for morning practice we would run suicides, but it made us better. I took away some lessons in life from paying football, and the best aspect to me was having my close friends play on the field with me. -
First day of High school
The first day of high school seems like it was just yesterday. I have so many memories from high school, and the time flew by very quickly. The first day at high school, the most interesting thing to me was how many people were at the school. I realized how many were at the school when we had an assembly. -
Getting my drivers license
Getting my drivers license after sophomore year was really exciting for me. Of course, every kid wants to get their license as soon as they can, and I was the same way. After getting my license, my parents gave me the old car. i was grateful to have the car, because buying one would have been nearly impossible without a job. -
Getting my first job
Any time I ran out of money, I would ask my parents. Eventually, I said to myself, if I were to have a job, I wouldn't need their money. Also a job is good for teaching me responsibility and forming work ethic. I was also very joyful when I received my first pay check. -
Buying a new vehicle

College fund
My plan was to have a job while going to college to help pay for rent, food, gas, etc. I was thinking to myself what I would do if having a job was taking too much of my time, because school is most important. So, I began to save money, I think this is a good idea, and it will pay off in the future.
