    Tri-State Groundwater Solutions (TSGS) was established in Paterson, NJ. TSGS rented an office and small yard space from a warehouse and started the business.

    TSGS landed its first major dewatering job for the Jacob Javis Center Expansion Project in Manhattan, NY. This marked the beginning of a series of significant projects for the company, including the LaGuardia Delta Airlines Terminal D, the Clifton Shop for NYC Transit in Staten Island, NY, and the Garvies Point Roadway Redevelopment in Glen Cove, NY., performing construction dewatering and groundwater treatment services.

    TSGS purchased its Watson EX-90 Drill Rig enabling the company to drill deep wells.

    TSGS achieved a milestone by successfully completing its first major grouting job for Metro North in Port Chester, NY., to rehab the bridge retaining walls.

    TSGS has experienced remarkable expansion, marked by the relocation of our headquarters to a new office in Glen Rock, NJ. Notably, we have invested in expanding into pile business with the acquisition of Comacchio NM-15P & Comacchio MC-8D.

    Furthermore, TSGS has landed a few pile projects including NYC DDC Garrison Beach sewer improvement, new Lyndhurst Station for NJ Transit, etc. The company has also embarked on a new endeavor with NYCDEP, subcontracted by Walsh Construction Group, focusing on the development of water Shafts 15B, 17B, & 18B.

    TSGS had a name change from Tri-State Groundwater Solutions to Tri-State Civil Construction (TSCC) to reflect the expansion of our services.

    TSCC was subcontracted for multiple sites at JFK Airport for the new development of Terminal 1, Terminal 4, Terminal 6, and Terminal 8 by providing dewatering and treatment services. TSCC was also subcontracted to provide dewatering and treatment services for rerouting Eastbound for the East Side Access. Pile business continued to grow and we successfully accomplished Harriston PATH Station for Port Authority, Elizabeth Station, & Fairlawn Ave Bridge for NJ Transit.

    TSCC made significant strides with the purchase of 3.7 acres for a new Office, Shop, & Yard at 45 Whitney Road, Mahwah, NJ, and the acquisition of an MC-28HD for larger drill jobs. Additionally, the company secured a major contract with Tully for the installation of sound barrier drilled shafts, over 500 Micro piles, and an extensive dewatering operation on the double barrel sewer for the Van Wyck Expressway.

    TSCC's growth continued and landed a dewatering (wellpoints) project in Baltimore, MD, to work inside the Howard Street Tunnel in collaboration with Skanska-Fay to lower the tracks. These developments underscore TSCC's commitment to expansion and excellence in the construction industry.
