    Stage from birth to around the age of 2 I was not a formula baby. I first crawled around nine months. My first word was dada. I took my first steps around one year old. My first real food was chicken nuggets at around nine months. My favorite food was peas. When I was younger, my favorite color was pink. I liked to read Goodnight Moon every night. I enjoyed watching Max and Ruby, so my favorite song was the theme song from that show. I started to develop motor and tactile skills.

    Erikson:
    According to Erickson, I learned to trust that others will care for my basic needs during this stage.
    Piaget:
    According to Piaget, most of my movement is reflexive at this stage, and objects are extensions of self. I also started to develop stranger anxiety.

    Toddler Years - Erikson and Piaget (1 1/2 to 3)

    Erikson -
    According to Erikson, at this stage, I'm learning to be self-sufficient in activities such as using the bathroom and eating. Piaget -
    According to Piaget, I am self-centered and start asking many questions. My language starts to develop rapidly, and I connect words and objects.

    Erikson -
    At this stage, I began to undertake many adult-like activities and started breaking the rules my parents set. I also start to feel guilty.
    Piaget -
    According to Piaget, I start to have egocentric thinking and repeat words at this stage.
    Kohlberg -

    I was potty trained. I could now run around and talk and have conversations. I was in pre-school.

    Elementary Stage

    At this stage, I start making friends and attending elementary school. I went to bells crossing from Kindergarten to first grade, then went to Monarch. My favorite color was still pink. I loved eating mashed potatoes, and my favorite game to play was tag with my neighborhood friends. My favorite song was firework by Katy Perry or something from Big Time Rush. In my spare time I was always playing outside with my friends.

    Erikson -
    I begin learning to be competent and productive in mastering new skills. I also may experience feeling inferior and unable to do anything well.
    Piaget -
    I can now solve concrete problems. I now understand
    the concept of size and the difference between left and right.
    Kohlberg -
    According to Kohlberg, I try to be "good."

    Started Middle School
    I make the shift from elementary school to middle school. At first, the change is hard but I begin to meet awesome friends!

    Erikson -
    According to Erikson, I am starting to develop a sense of identity. I start establishing beliefs such as adopting and practicing Christianity (for me, in this case).
    Piaget -
    I start to think rationally and develop abstract logic.
    Kohlberg -
    Morality consists of standards beyond a specific group or authority figure.

    According to Erikson, I start to seek companionship and search for a husband or grow apart from others in fear of rejection.

    I played college golf for Florida Southern and graduated with an international business degree.

    I moved to Italy and became a CEO of an international travel agency.

    In Italy, I got married to my husband. This reflects Erikson's ideal that this age group seems to search for companionship with another person.
