  • Boston Massacre

    Americans taunt the British soldiers that were stationed over in colonies.
    Britsh soldiers fire upon the Americans and kill 5 of them.
    Soldiers tried and found not guilty.
  • Tea Act

    British Put a tax on tea which the Americans have to pay.
    Americans were not happy because they went so long without taxes being inforced. ( slautary neglect)
  • Boston Tea party

    Colonists have to pay taxes on tea now because of the tea act that was passed. Colonist dress up as native americans and destroy about $ 3million worth of damages.

    Met in secret beacuse they didn't want Great britian to know they were associating with one another.

  • Battle of Bunker Hill

    Brtish defeated Americans
    Faught during siege of Boston.
    Colonists got encourgement out of how many soldiers they took out and how great the losses were for the Brtish troops.
  • Olive Branch

    Was petitoned to stop a full out war with the British.

    The colonists started a rebel
