My Mom & Step-Dad Getting Married
My Mom and Step Dad getting married was the biggest turn around in my life. I never really had a fatherly figure around so my step dad definitely filled that spot. I also got two more step siblings from the mix of it all. -
Moved to Germany
When I moved to Germany, it was one of the most beautiful experiences I had. It was also a really good learning experience as well, being able to explore another country. Moving to a foreign country will really make you realize that the American way isn't the only way. -
Bad Report Card
I brought home my first and last bad report card when I was in 7th grade. I usually get A's and B's but I dropped down to D's, without even realizing it. This kept me from ever letting my self slack off that bad again. -
Step-Brother Moves In
My step brother moved in with us right before freshman year. This helped me a lot, because I felt like I needed to be a good role model for him. I stayed out of a lot of trouble that some of my ex friends got into. -
Moved to Arizona
I moved to Arizona right before my 8th grade year and I honestly was not happy about it. Moving from a place like Germany to Arizona was not something I was looking forward to. However, I have met some great people here and made memories that I will forever cherish. -
Sophomore Year
Sophomore Year had to be my worst year in high school. I just wasn't focused on my work and what I needed to get done. I wasn't doing to good in and out of school. This is part of why I decided to do online schooling. -
Meeting My Bestfriend
I met my best friend just last year and we're actually cousins, but there are just some family members you get a lot closer to. It's very hard for me to get close to people, because I'm very reserved. I finally found someone that I can put my trust into. -
16th Birthday
My 16th birthday was the first birthday I actually had a party for. I was surrounded by family and friends. And most of all my Aunt that just passed had planned it all just for me. -
Starting Primavera
I started online high school in 2015 after my sophomore year. Online school has helped me so much. I am so much more focused and I have my eye on the prize and that prize is to be successful. -
My Aunt's Passing
My Aunt recently passed away in December, in 2015. This is definitely the darkest times for me. She was like another motherly figure in my life and the worst of it all is we lost her to cancer. I'm more than greatful to have had the opportunity to be at her bed side 24/7 untill the end.
