The Proclamation was the opening of a new land that the spanish had taken an it was Quebec, Grenada, west and east Florifa. It had caused a great expantion to the south and north. it had made the remaining spanish there had to blend in with the british and be like then with no prejudicies against them and the british aslo had to have no prejudicies. -
