Sam Walton’s son applauding him also symbolize that his childern will be the ones to take over and run the company after Sam Walton passed away. Sam Walton’s humble and modest nature that it doesn’t matter how rich and successful he becomes he still wears that goofy hat.

Sam Walton dies
George H.W. Bush the President of the United States, at the time, made a statement of the great Sam Walton. He was a friend to the first couple and the United States. Bush wrapped up Walton’s life in a few short powerful sentences, that Sam was was an American who showed the entrepreneurial spirit and fulfilled the American dream. He had a lifelong commitment to family and selfless giving to others to set an example for all of us. Rest in peace Sam Walton. (Bush)
